How does purchasing a property from your site work?
Click on the Reserve Now button to make a down payment, or call me at (720) 735-7999 when you’re ready to purchase. I accept credit and debit cards, ACH payments, or payments through Venmo and PayPal. The first person who pays the down payment gets the property, so if you see something you like, don’t delay!
Once I receive your down payment, I will send you a contract within 24 hours: a land contract and real estate agreement and a promissary note if you are paying on terms, or a real estate agreement if you’re paying cash. Once you’ve paid off the land, I sign the deed over to you, and the property is yours!
Are you a real estate agent?
I own the properties and sell them directly. That means no commission to drive up the price of the land and a fast, easy transaction. I buy properties at discount prices so that I can offer great deals.
Can you keep me help me look for a specific kind of property?
Definitely! Email or call to let me know what you’re looking for, and I will look for something that fits the bill. I am constantly buying new properties and if you’re on my email list you’ll get notified about a new property before I even put it up on the web. Click the ‘Get Access’ button up top to be added to my early notification list.
Are their any hidden fees when buying land from you?
No hidden fees! When you make a down payment and claim a property, there is a document processing fee noted on the property page. If you are paying on terms, there is a monthly $5 processing fee. If we close with a title company, closing costs are your responsibility. That’s it.
Why are your properties so cheap?
I can offer great deals because I buy properties at discounted rates and pass the savings on to you.
How do I know if this is a safe way to purchase property?
